Enrollment Guidelines

Academic Year 2026–2027

The Lady Mediatrix Institute, Inc. is a Catholic school led by the Augustinian Recollect Sisters. We focus on providing a good education with strong Christian values, helping our students grow into honest, caring, and responsible leaders.

We warmly welcome all new students and transferees. At TLMII, our goal is to help children grow both in knowledge and in faith through standard classes, prayer, and community service.

Learning Modality

The Lady Mediatrix Institute, Inc. offers Full Face-to-Face Classes for all levels (Kindergarten to Senior High School) to help students learn better together. At the same time, our teachers and systems are fully ready for online learning, ensuring that your child's education safely continues no matter what happens.

Important Reminders

Special Grade 11 Subsidy Programs:
- FREE School Fees for Grade 11 Public School Completers.
- ₱14,000 Government Subsidy for Grade 11 Private School Completers.
Kindergarten Age Qualification: Children must be 5 years old by October 31, 2026. Those turning 5 from November 1 to December 31, 2026, may be admitted provided they meet the ECCD requirements or pass the school's ECD Checklist.
Data Privacy Act: The Lady Mediatrix Institute, Inc. strictly protects the confidentiality of every student's personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Student Conduct & Manual: All admitted applicants must faithfully adhere to the official TLMII student manual, which includes regulations maintaining standard grooming policies, uniform compliance, and strict prohibitions against membership in unrecognized organizations or fraternities.

Enrollment Process for New Student

1. Online Registration

2. Submission of Documents

After successfully registering online, proceed to the Registrar’s Office on campus to submit and present your compiled required documents for verification and assessment.

3. Payment of Entrance Examination

Proceed to the Cashier’s Office and pay the ₱100.00 Entrance Examination Fee. (Required for New Students and Transferees).

4. Entrance Examination

Take the required Entrance Examination at the school Guidance Center.

5. Interview

Present the official result of your Entrance Examination for a face-to-face interview with the School Principal or Academic Coordinator.

6. Payment of Fees

Pay the necessary enrollment fees at the Cashier’s Office to finalize your status and become officially enrolled for the school year.
